Responsibilities

• Work as part of a highly talented team ensuring that each tasty item in the Freddy's kitchen meets quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
• Prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, portion, and serve food items according to recipes and product directions.
• Follow production prep lists and keep accurate records to ensure accurate preparation.
• Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
• Wash, slice, and peel items on the prep list.
• Store prepared food items safely and ensure they are properly date labeled.
• Follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices.
• Accountable for compliance with local, state, federal laws and regulations including those related to food safety.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items as directed by the supervisor.
• Report necessary equipment repairs and maintenance to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards.
