Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their arrival.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and making change while complying with company cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, making recommendations to guests, especially regarding potential food allergens.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers, whether in an on-trend national brand or an iconic local concept.
• Uphold the highest safety and health standards to maintain a comfortable environment for customers as airport travel returns to normalcy post-COVID-19.
