Responsibilities

• Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests drink and food orders within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
• Accurately totals, processes, and collects payments from guests, including using the point-of-sale system.
• Handles money, processes credit and debit cards, makes change, while adhering to the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products. Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when asked about potential food allergens.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public, whether in an on-trend national brand or an iconic local concept.

Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service is preferred. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

$22.50-23.50 per hour
