Location: Johnson City / Kingsport / Bristol – Tri-Cities, TN
- Aid lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work
- Help with general labor across job sites (including demo days)
- Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes
- Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more
- Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you
- Learn valuable skills in restoration, remodeling, and remediation

Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed
- Have experience in painting, construction, restoration, or cleaning
- Are eager to learn water mitigation or mold remediation
- Are motivated, respectful, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
