About the role
John Scott House in Braintree, MA is currently seeking a Per-Diem Painter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
We're a 126-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility (SNF) located right off of Route 93/Route 3.
Job Duties
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
- Respond to buildings/residents' maintenance needs
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in maintenance field of work
- Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus
