Painter - Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with grounds keeping throughout 144 acre campus: Mowing, string, tree & hedge trimming, landscaping.
• Will need to operate mowers, various power tools, and equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Assist with construction project management/maintenance: Painting & wall repair, Cubicle installation & remodels, Floor installation & repair; commercial carpet, laminate, and ceramic tile.
• Aid with mechanical projects around our campus: drain, sink, and toilet repairs.
• Knowledge on kitchen equipment repairs.
• Preventative maintenance and tool upkeep.

Shift Mon.- Friday 7am- 3:30pm. Alternating weekly on-call schedule.
