Job Responsibilities
- Assist with grounds keeping throughout 144 acre campus: Mowing, string, tree & hedge trimming, landscaping.
- Will need to operate mowers, various power tools, and equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Assist with construction project management/maintenance: Painting & wall repair, Cubicle installation & remodels, Floor installation & repair; commercial carpet, laminate, and ceramic tile.
- Aid with mechanical projects around our campus: drain, sink, and toilet repairs.
- Knowledge on kitchen equipment repairs.
- Preventative maintenance and tool upkeep.
Requirements

Schedule
Shift Mon.- Friday 7am- 3:30pm. Alternating weekly on-call schedule.
