Painter Technician

Safety

Follow all safety procedures
Wear proper PPE
Not be afraid of heights due to boom lifts (training required)
Report hazards or incidents immediately
Participate in safety training and development

Responsibilities

• Support painting/coatings crews on commercial & industrial job sites
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Learn hands-on skills from experienced team members
• Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
• Improve production, quality, and technical skills through ongoing training
• Take direction well and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience
• Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials
• Reliable crew member with strong attendance
• Valid Driver’s License + clean MVR
• Reliable transportation (job sites vary)
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

Qualifications

• OSHA-10 safety knowledge or certification
• Quick learner with solid production awareness
• Able to work efficiently in a busy, active environment
