Painter’s Helper and Mitigation Technician

What You’ll Do

Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work
Help with general labor across job sites (yes, that includes demo days)
Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes
Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more
Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you
Learn valuable skills in restoration, remodeling, and remediation

Schedule & Requirements

Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed
