About the role
We're seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and CTV. This role involves creative strategy, campaign management, and data analysis to drive results at scale. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies focused on Paid Social.
- Conducting thorough brand and website audits to understand clients' key value propositions and core products.
- Creating and optimizing paid social campaigns, managing accounts often exceeding $1M/month, and collaborating with creative, brand, and analytics teams.
- Managing between 5-10 Paid Media accounts, including Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and others, with aggregate monthly spends ranging between $80,000 - $3M.
- Utilizing platform ad managers, third-party reporting tools, and AI to develop insights and action items for increased revenues.
- Maintaining real-time, proactive, and reactive ad-buying decisions across multiple platforms.
- Developing quarterly strategies based on success metrics, ad spends, YoY performance, and projections.
- Engaging in competitor research, industry analysis, and brainstorming new marketing initiatives, creative assets, copy, and reviewing results.
- Understanding full-funnel marketing strategies to ensure new customer acquisition aligns with broader e-commerce goals.
- Delivering projections and forecasts that inform client quarterly strategies.
- Mastering e-commerce marketing funnel stages from offer to landing page to conversion.
- Managing paid social advertising for growing clients in the consumer space with minimum monthly aggregate spend of $400k+.
- Developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and short form video creative.
- Implementing data-derived decision-making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results.
- Understanding industry benchmarks throughout the e-commerce marketing funnel.
Requirements
- Mastery of the e-commerce marketing funnel.
- 7+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience within Paid Social, specifically Meta.
- 5+ years minimum managing paid social advertising for growing clients in the consumer space with minimum monthly aggregate spend of $400k+.
- Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and short form video creative.
- Experience with data-derived decision-making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results.
- Understanding of industry-wide benchmarks throughout all steps in the e-commerce marketing funnel.
