About the role
We're seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and CTV. This role involves creative strategy, campaign management, and data analysis to drive results at scale. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies focused on Paid Social.
- Conducting thorough brand and website audits to understand key value propositions and market positioning.
- Developing and executing short-form creative and direct response strategies to maximize conversions.
- Managing multiple paid social accounts (Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with aggregate monthly spends ranging from $80,000 to $3M.
- Utilizing platform tools and AI to generate insights and actionable items for revenue growth.
- Maintaining real-time ad-buying decisions and developing quarterly strategies based on performance metrics.
- Understanding and implementing full-funnel marketing strategies to ensure new customer acquisition aligns with broader e-commerce goals.
- Forecasting and delivering projections to support client quarterly strategies.
- Mastering e-commerce P&Ls and engaging with financial metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Mastery of the e-commerce marketing funnel.
- 7+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience, specifically in Paid Social and Meta.
- 5+ years minimum managing paid social advertising for growing clients, with aggregate monthly spend over $400k.
- Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and short-form video creative.
- Data-derived decision-making and budget/spend projection experience.
- Understanding of core e-commerce revenue drivers and relevant metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong background in paid media advertising, particularly in Paid Social and Meta.
- Proven track record of driving quantifiable results through paid social campaigns.
- Experience in creative consultation and developing successful Paid Social Ads.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Comfortable with financial metrics and P&Ls.
