About the role
We are seeking a Paid Social Manager who is analytical, creative, and eager to advance their career in digital marketing. Based in Leeds, we create successful partnerships, exceed targets, and optimize e-commerce. The role involves independent work alongside a dynamic team, developing innovative paid media strategies from prospecting to acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support client accounts across paid social, with exposure to other digital marketing aspects like paid search, programmatic display, video, etc.
- Work closely with other teams to identify paid social opportunities for both existing and new clients.
- Put clients at the forefront of strategy, focusing on building brands online.
- Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns using platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat ads, LinkedIn ads, X ads, and TikTok ads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including event and conversion tracking.
- Contribute to pitches and new business activities, gaining insights into client businesses and sectors.
- Create and maintain paid social ad accounts, build ad creatives, and manage ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with designers/content producers to brief them on ad creatives and assist in regular reporting across multiple platforms.
- Support account managers in project teams, ensuring consistent delivery of projects.
- Continuously seek to expand knowledge in paid media and digital marketing.
- Show tenacity and initiative in achieving weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in paid social advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat ads, LinkedIn ads, X ads, and TikTok ads.
- A clear understanding of event/conversion tracking and analytics/attribution.
- Confidence in developing paid social strategies and actively participating in pitches and new business activities.
- An understanding of clients' businesses and sectors.
- The ability to create paid social ad account builds and manage/optimise on an ongoing basis.
- Experience in briefing designers/content producers for ad creatives.
- Regular and ad hoc reporting across multiple platforms.
- Collaboration with account managers as part of each client project team.
- A continuous drive to learn and grow within paid media and digital marketing.
- Prior experience of working to weekly/monthly targets (desired but not essential).

Pay & Schedule
Salary: £30,000 – 40,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full Time
Location: Leeds, typically 2 days in the office, but this can vary.
