Key Responsabilities
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, translating client business objectives into advanced multi-channel paid media strategies. Design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks. Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated and performance-driven solutions. Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking recommendations.
- High-end Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth clients with strong US and EU footprints. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders. Clearly communicate complex strategies and performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising). Drive sophisticated targeting, bidding, and segmentation strategies. Leverage advanced analytics (with support from our Data team) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4 Paid consultants, ensuring delivery excellence, skill development, and performance alignment. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support individual and collective growth. Foster best practices, knowledge sharing, and methodological consistency across the team. Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and training programs related to Paid Media.
Profile Required
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of professional experience in an Paid Media agency. Previous management experience is required—specifically overseeing permanent employees. Proven experience working with scale-up and enterprise-level clients with complex organizational structures. Minimum C1 level in English and experience working in an international environment (US experience is a plus). Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets on complex, multi-market accounts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other major paid media platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
