About The Role

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to support small business clients by delivering exceptional service and resolving policy-related questions. This is a fully inbound role with no cold calling, offering training, career growth, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
  • Assist customers with coverage, billing, and policy-related questions
  • Provide prompt service with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records
  • Manage multiple systems while balancing calls, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Support customer retention and overall client satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
  • Customer service, call center, or client support experience (required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems
  • Dependable with a customer-first mindset
  • Insurance customer service experience (preferred)
  • Associate’s degree (preferred)

Pay

$21.47/hr (Licensed) + uncapped incentives

Schedule

8:00 AM–10:00 PM CST
