Responsibilities
- Service clients in the Fort Myers community, fostering positive interactions that lead to long-lasting relationships.
- Identify customer needs and sell appropriate insurance solutions.
- Resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing any inquiries from policyholders and resolving concerns promptly.
- Aid clients in understanding their coverage, making policy changes, and processing renewals efficiently.
- Encourage clients to round out their policies with additional products.
- Accurately document all client interactions and transactions in our system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide clients with informed advice and maintain best practices.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License is required.
- Experience: Previous experience with an Allstate agency required to be remote.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and building client relationships.
- Sales Skills: Ability to effectively identify customer needs and sell appropriate insurance solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using different software applications and CRM systems.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Fort Myers, Florida area and its insurance market is a plus.
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
- Sales Initiatives: Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to potential customers, meeting both their needs and agency targets.
- Professional Development: Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide clients with informed advice and maintain best practices.
