Insurance Customer Service Rep - P&C

Responsibilities
- Greet policyholders warmly and provide exceptional customer support in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Aid clients with inquiries regarding their auto, home, and other property & casualty insurance policies.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Help policyholders understand their coverage and answer questions about billing and payments.
- Initiate and follow through on claims processes, connecting clients with the appropriate resources.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
