About the role
The Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate, direct care support in a residential treatment setting for adult males.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support residents
- Serve as a positive role model
- Document observations and support treatment plans
- Assist with medication administration, household chores, and daily activities
- Transport residents as needed
- Facilitate educational and life-skills activities
- Respond to emergencies
- Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule
