Overnight Residential Support

About the role

An Adult Residential Support Professional provides direct care in a residential treatment setting for adult males, supporting recovery through supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents, ensuring a safe and structured environment
• Serve as a positive role model and assist with daily activities, including housekeeping, laundry, and meals
• Document observations and support treatment plans and resident goals
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Transport residents and facilitate educational and life-skills activities
• Respond to emergencies, maintaining safety and confidentiality

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule

Involves overnight hours, every other weekend.
