About the role

Seeking a compassionate and dependable professional to support residents in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. In this direct care role, you'll supervise residents, promote recovery, provide encouragement, and assist with daily living activities. You'll support treatment plans, monitor medication, facilitate educational and life-skills activities, and respond to emergencies to ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support residents
  • Serve as a positive role model
  • Document observations and maintain records
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Support daily activities like housekeeping, laundry, and meals
  • Transport residents and facilitate community engagement
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
