About the role
Provide compassionate support in a 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residents in recovery, fostering a safe and structured environment
- Serve as a positive role model, offering encouragement and guidance
- Assist with medication monitoring, documentation, and maintaining accurate records
- Support treatment plans and help residents achieve personal goals
- Assist with daily activities such as housekeeping, laundry, meals, and transportation
- Facilitate educational and life-skills activities and respond to emergencies
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
