Overnight Residential Support

Responsibilities

• Provide awake overnight supervision and compassionate care in a group home setting.
• Monitor resident safety and assist with daily routines.
• Support behavior management and crisis intervention efforts.
• Document services in a trauma-informed, client‑centered manner.
• Collaborate with a supportive team within a faith‑inspired, inclusive culture.
• Help residents build stability and promote independence.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
