Overnight Residential Support

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional for a full-time third shift role supporting residents in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and provide encouragement and life-skills coaching
• Support residents in achieving their treatment goals
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Document observations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with medication administration as directed
• Perform housekeeping tasks, prepare and serve meals, and assist with daily activities
• Transport residents to appointments, activities, and outings
• Facilitate educational and life-skills activities
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all program policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
