About the role

Provide awake overnight supervision and compassionate care in a group home setting, supporting residents' stability and independence development within a faith-inspired, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident safety and assist with daily routines.
• Support behavior management and crisis response efforts.
• Document services in a trauma-informed, client-centered manner.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in behavior support and crisis management is preferred.
