Overnight Residential Support

Responsibilities

• Provide awake overnight supervision, ensuring safety and well‑being of residents in a group living setting.
• Monitor resident behavior, assist with bedtime and morning routines, and respond to behavioral or emotional crises using trauma‑informed practices.
• Administer medication, perform documentation, conduct room checks, and handle light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate vital information to daytime staff to ensure continuity of care.
