About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to provide direct care in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. In this role, you will support residents' recovery by offering supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and maintaining a safe, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and support treatment plans
- Assist with medication as needed
- Facilitate daily activities and promote educational and life-skills activities
- Document observations and respond to emergencies
- Transport residents as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in human services or related fields preferred
