About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each time they visit. Some managers also oversee specific departments, such as training, food safety, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift
• Manage assigned departments, including training, food safety, and inventory management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your team
• Follow up on tasks and report results to your team and other managers

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for customer service are essential.

Skills

Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are required.
