About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each time they visit. Some managers also oversee specific departments, such as training, food safety, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift
• Manage assigned systems, including training, food safety, and inventory management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your team
• Follow up on tasks and report results to your team and other managers

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. English language classes are available. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

Experience in a leadership role is preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary.
