Overnight Shift Manager - $15-$18 per hour depending on availability & experience

About the role

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee a team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s targets and department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee safety and security protocols.
• Schedule staff effectively.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
• Age 18 or older.
