The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, maintaining safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
