About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Train new employees as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Pay

Managers earn from $16 to $20 per hour. General Managers earn $52,000 per year or higher plus up to $12,000 per year in bonus and two weeks paid vacation to start.

Schedule

Shifts are weekly, covering various days and times.
