About the role
Responsible for managing outsourced accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks including invoicing, expense reports, and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IRS guidelines.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
