Outside Sales Representative (New Equipment)
About the role
We are seeking a self-driven individual with a passion for safety and efficiency solutions. Your role will involve working within the Las Vegas market to represent a variety of products and services, focusing on capital equipment sales, large projects, and accounts. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting, and securing new customers.
Responsibilities
- Represent a variety of products and services within the Las Vegas market
- Work with a customer base including Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers
- Grow existing accounts and secure new customers
- Introduce new products to the territory
Requirements
- A 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of the territory and its customer base
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay
The hiring range for this position in USA-NV-Las Vegas is $70,000.00 - $104,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
Schedule
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
