Job Description

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasizing Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position focusing on capital equipment sales, large projects, and accounts. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.

Required Experience

  • A 4-year degree
  • A minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Skilled at building productive business relationships
  • A good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the territory and its customer base
  • The ability to develop solid territory business plans
  • The ability to effectively cover the territory on a daily basis
