Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
  • Work with other branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Perform duties including product quotation and problem resolution
  • Analyze competition in the territory and devise sales strategies
  • Communicate sales strategies to management
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years industry-related sales experience
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills
  • General digital literacy
  • Self-motivator, able to multi-task, and learn quickly

Pay

The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $70,000 - $120,000+. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Schedule

This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in the Freeport, TX area. This position will need to be based in the Freeport area.
