About the role
As an Outside Sales Representative / Commercial Evaluator, you will meet new clients daily, build rapport, and work on prospective business deals. Your role involves surveying, estimating, and counseling clients on pest control options, performing property inspections, and using your sales skills to recommend appropriate services. You’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment with no two days the same, leveraging a proven sales process to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up
- Network with potential commercial customers and build strong rapport
- Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
- Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs
- Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits honestly and clearly
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure success in inspections and customer acquisition
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
- Basic math skills
