About the role

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Commercial Evaluator to join their team. The ideal candidate should enjoy being out and about while meeting new people, have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, and love winning.

Responsibilities

• Earn a competitive base salary plus commission

• Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up
• Build strong rapport with potential commercial customers through networking
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
• Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs
• Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in tight spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
• Basic math skills
