Outside Sales Consultant - Pre-Qualified Leads

About the role

Earn while you learn and build a six-figure sales career with Infinity Replacement by Marvin. As a sales consultant, you will combine relationship-building, design consultation, and sales expertise to help homeowners transform their homes with premium replacement windows and doors.

You will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and provide a consultative in-home experience to identify their needs, educate them on solutions, and guide them toward the best investment for their home.

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation
• Build trust and provide a world-class customer experience
• Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend customized window and door solutions based on homeowner needs
• Create proposals and guide homeowners through the purchase process
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to manage appointments and sales activity
• Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin with professionalism and integrity
• Generate referrals through exceptional customer relationships

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
• Flexibility for appointments with customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 30lbs

Qualifications

You are a good fit if you have (or can) enjoy meeting new people and building relationships, are self-motivated and driven by performance-based earnings, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and have strong communication and presentation skills.

Previous in-home, retail, hospitality, or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Skills

You should be able to confidently guide customers through important purchasing decisions and be comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM systems.

Pay

We offer an uncapped commission structure with $100,000+ earning potential, and top-performing consultants can earn $200,000+ annually. You will also receive guaranteed training pay of $2,000 biweekly during your first 8 weeks.
