Pay

• Top performers earn $250,000–$400,000+ per year
• $80,000–$150,000+ average first-year earnings

Who We're Looking For

Competitive, coachable, and motivated individuals who want their paycheck to reflect their effort. Ideal candidates have experience in high-performance commission sales environments, such as:

• Home improvement (e.g., Renewal by Andersen, Pella, Champion Windows, Window World, Power Home Remodeling)
• Automotive, RV, furniture, mattress, or cell phone sales
• Insurance, medical, B2B, or retail leadership
• Hospitality leadership or military leadership

No home improvement experience? No problem—we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home sales appointments
• Close deals using our proven sales process
• Sell home improvement products (replacement windows, roofing, siding, gutters, bath remodeling)
• Work evenings and Saturdays as needed for customer appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable entering customers’ homes
• Available for evening and weekend appointments

Location

Territory covers Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, and the greater Hampton Roads/Tidewater area.
