Outpatient Therapist

About the role

To provide psychotherapeutic services in an outpatient setting to patients and their families (adult and adolescent programs).

Conduct psychosocial assessments, groups and discharge planning.

Serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting organization's treatment program and philosophy, assuring the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapeutic services in an outpatient setting to patients and their families (adult and adolescent programs).

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum Work Experience Combination of education and experience preferred.
• Inpatient Psychiatric Care and Bi-Lingual a plus.
• Required License California Licensed - ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, and or LMFT or LCSW.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated, pass pre-employment background check & post-offer physical/urine drug screen & TB /PPD test.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
