Outpatient Therapist

About the role

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Therapist or recent master's graduate with a background in social work and/or mental health care. This position will join an established clinical team in Boone County, providing therapy both in person and virtually to individuals aged 5 to 65+. The role offers flexibility for a hybrid schedule based on company and consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and review treatment plans
• Provide ongoing individual and family therapy to individuals of all ages
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with treatment team members, community partners, and referral sources

Requirements

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Master's degree must be licensable in the state of Indiana
• Licensed clinical candidates (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or those with temporary or non-clinical licenses (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LCACA)

Pay

• For therapists licensed with LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT: minimum starting salary of $57,500–$60,000, with potential for higher pay based on experience
• For therapists with master's-level licenses (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, or LCACA): minimum starting salary of $50,000
• $2,000 sign-on bonus upon verification of license
