Outpatient Therapist
About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist with Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.

Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered therapy to clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs).
- Design and lead therapy groups.
Requirements
- Full or Provisional LCSW, LCMHC, or LCAS licensure (dual licensure preferred).
- Experience in substance use services preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Maintain valid state-appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance.
Skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation.
- Crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
