Outpatient Therapist

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth City, NC. Responsibilities
- Utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP's) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans
- Provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process
Qualifications
- Master's degree and mental health licensure required
- LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A)
- Dual licensure preferred
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8 am-5 pm, onsite.
Pay
Competitive salary: up to $65,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $78,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time, exempt position.
