Outpatient Therapist

About the role

Triangle Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, is seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join their compassionate behavioral health services team. They specialize in crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
• Treatments include group, individual, and family therapy.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling or relevant licensure in state of practice.
• Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
• Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
