Outpatient Therapist - $10,000 sign-on bonus! Recovery Centers of America at Westminster is currently looking for a full-time Outpatient Therapist to join their team! Pay: $67,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year + $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS Job Requirements Education - Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or another related human services field is requiredExperience – prior experience in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings is preferredLicensure – Massachusetts licensure as a LADC-I, LADC-II, LCSW LMHC or LICSW, is preferred but not required As a Primary Therapist, You Will… Gather biopsychosocial data, including that related to clients' mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess their readiness for treatmentWork collaboratively with clients to identify treatment goals and develop treatment plansReview and recommend treatment options with clients and their familiesGuide and support clients in the development of adaptive skills and behaviors necessary to recover from their addictionWork with clients to identify behaviors or situations that interfere with their recovery and targeted strategies to address themProvide education to families about addiction, other disorders that frequently coexist and treatment-support options for their loved one and themselvesProvide family therapy to support the client and loved one in improving communication, boundaries, and ongoing reinforcement of recoveryAssess other functional, behavioral and life-skill needs that may impede recovery and make referral to appropriate supports.
