Outpatient Therapist

About the role
As an Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments
- Develop person-centered treatment plans (PCPs)
- Design and lead therapy groups
- Provide crisis intervention and support
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Mental health licensure: LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), or LCAS (A); dual licensure preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel
Skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation
- Strong crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Competitive salary: $55,000 – $62,000 (Provisional) / $60,000 – $73,000 (Fully Licensed)
