Outpatient Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Therapist to join our Clinical team at Ashley’s Outpatient Program in Bel Air, MD. We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking clinical professional who can blend professional skills with purpose-driven passion.

Responsibilities

• Part of a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, evidence-based care across PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care.
• Developing treatment plans, managing crises, and enhancing engagement in recovery.
• Collaborating with medical, clinical, and support staff.
• Offering individual therapy, group therapy, assessments, and case management.
• Integrating medications for substance use disorders and coordinating with community supports.
• Conducting clinical supervision, education in evidence-based practices, and skill development in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient-centered therapy.

Requirements

• Senior Therapist: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC license.
• Treatment experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• LMSW, LGPC, or LGADC license.
• Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
