Outpatient Therapist

About the role

This role is for a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c) dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conducting biopsychosocial assessments for clients seeking behavioral health support.
• Applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches from a strength-based perspective.
• Maintaining confidential client records in compliance with policies, licensing, and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to behavioral health.
