Outpatient Technician - Full-Time

About the role

Join a dedicated team providing compassionate care for individuals battling substance use disorders, including Opioid and Stimulant Use Disorder, and those requiring Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS).

Responsibilities

• maintaining knowledge of client activities
• transporting clients safely
• monitoring client behavior
• supporting intake and orientation
• encouraging client goal achievement
• participating in recreational activities
• documenting client information accurately
• assist with clerical duties
• facility maintenance
• adhere to policies and schedules

Qualifications and Skills

• valid driver’s license with a clean record
• CPR/First Aid certification
• ability to pass background checks
• proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• at least 1 year of sobriety
• knowledge of relevant state statutes
• compliance with drug and alcohol policies
• dependability
• ability to work independently
• sensitivity toward clients and staff
• flexibility to work additional hours or shifts as needed
