About the Role
As part of its continued success and growth, Forest View Hospital is seeking qualified applicants for an Outpatient Clinician. The Outpatient Clinician provides psychiatric case‑management and therapeutic services to assigned patients with diverse needs to ensure coordination of care between the hospital, community, treatment, therapeutic services, education, and discharge planning.
