Outpatient Therapist- Full TIme

About the Role

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential. You’ll utilize individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy approaches to create meaningful change. Bilingual and hourly opportunities are also available.

All clinicians are W-2 employees, with options for full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Full-time clinicians receive stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required)
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years (required)
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts (a plus)
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability (a plus)
• Must be able to provide services in-office at one of our Massachusetts locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, or West Springfield
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
• Access to high-speed secure internet (required)

Pay

• Full-Time Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
• Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity for hourly clinicians
