Radiologic Tech - Outpatient - Full Time

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patient for procedure by using established protocols to achieve the highest quality image.
• Perform Routine Radiographic and Fluoroscopic Procedures using fixed and portable imaging equipment.
• Answering phones
• Monitor equipment.
• Request supplies.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists along with 1 year experience
• State licensure required.
• Absents from work, in professional attire, on time and completes all tasks within established time frame.
• Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed.
• Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles.
• Demonstrate and apply knowledge of principles of radiation safety
• Provides excellent patient care while utilizing critical thinking skills
• Adheres to clinic’s policies and procedures.
